Avalanche Avalanche is almost the complete opposite of his name. He was turned over to rescue because his family could longer keep him. His favorite place to be is laying in the kitchen. Tigereye

Hunter Hunter is a beautiful, young, rambunctious black and tan pure bred German Shepherd Dog. He and his brother Gunner were abandoned by their owners and left at a "kill shelter" prior to coming into the safe hands of Blue Angel German Shepherd Dog Rescue. He has been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. He is on heartworm prevention but has checked positive for heartworms. His new adoptive family would need to agree to do heartworm treatment. Hunter is looking for a loving family that will provide him with an indoor home, a secure 6 foot fenced yard, knowledge and understanding of his training needs and lots of love and attention. Gigi The following e-mail was sent to our organization and is included in it's entirety... I'm friends with Kim AmRhein of Austin GSD Rescue, and she has posted GiGi on the Austin Rescue site, and I'm wondering if you could do a courtesy listing on your website, as well...I'm on the Board of Directors for Animal Rescue Connections in Bulverde, TX, and was coming home from a fundraising event on Sat. Oct. 24th when I saw GiGi wandering on my street with a dirty, oversized red harness hanging from her. No microchip, no collar, no tags. No posters advertising her, and I called Man and Beast and the S.A. Express News to advertise her...nothing. She is staying at the Bulverde Humane Society SHORT-TERM...they need the kennel space, and all of our volunteer foster homes are full to bursting. I contacted the folks you have listed on your website that lost GSDs...she doesn't really fit the descrips, but hey, I'll try anything. At any rate, I need to get GiGi into a foster or forever home as quickly as I can. She is about 4-5 years old, spayed, heartworm neg., and utd on shots. She does well (loves to play) with same-size dogs, but does NOT like cats or little dogs. If you could post her for me on your website as a courtesy listing, I would so appreciate it. Sam Sam
is a lively, black and tan male. He’s approximately 4 years-old and is in
great health. We have had him for 3 ½ years, and in that time he has shown
great skill and ability. He’s strong, warm and likes to be with people. He is

Kobe Kobe is a 1 year old German Shepherd Dog who, unfortunately, is up for adoption because his family is leaving the area and can't take him with them.
